Our Story
Miros Capital Advisors was founded in 2017 with the goal of developing a truly international business practice. We have an extensive experience in international industrial and commercial companies as well as in companies active in the fields of investment banking, private equity and financial consulting.

Miros Capital Advisors is an independent advisory boutique that combines a multidisciplinary vision and focus on different business sectors, providing finance consultancy (debt restructuring, consolidation plans, company valuations, fund raising, etc.), legal consultancy (in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and banking and financial matters, including all regulatory aspects, corporate law, commercial law), as well as tax consultancy (in relation to national and international tax planning, tax compliance, transfer pricing, VAT, litigation, expatriates, etc.) to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and individuals.

We set ourselves the objective of finding the counterparties interested in acquiring or selling a shareholding, preparing all the information and the documentation appropriate to the transaction, following the entire execution process, also coordinating the other actors involved (such as legal advisors, tax auditors, auditors, etc.) and managing the "front" of negotiation with the counterparties.
